ReplyDeleteI heard about the Robertson wine valley trough Minted. I am a facebook member and registered to they're website. Last weekend on Saturday we went to go visit Vlijoensdrift and Bon Courage. They were the closest to me were we were staying in Bonnievale.
Both wine estates was AMAZING. For a City Slicker me being there for the frist time was a total different experince than what I'm use to.
Viljoensdrift boat rides on the Breede river is breath taking the wine tastes amazing. Although I baught 2 bottles it's a bit expensive on a student pocket but worth it. Bon courage was a total differnt story. They sheltered us from the hot day and was not stinchy on letting us taste wine. I ended up buying a box of wine 1 of every sort I tasted. The Blush bubbly and White Muskadel is a wineer in my books any day. Can't wait for the SLOW! TO TRY OUT THE REST:)
